Alarms on every unit and gate with code to enter and exit. March 21, 2023 Accommodating: A year ago I reserved a 5' x 10' thinking it was big enough to store my furniture and save $$. The day before the truck arrived, I went to check it out. I panicked... it was not large enough! In minutes, Laurie found a 7.5' x 10' which was a perfect fit and solved the problem. Customer Service: This past January I received a call from the office manager to warn me that my unit was not secured. She discovered it while checking each unit on both floors on her daily walks 3x a day. She also checks the front and back entrance door to ensure both are secure and locked properly. Convenient: I have been going to my unit 2-3x a week preparing for a move. I use their carts all the time to transport heavy items to my car. Parking inside the gated building is an added plus. The building is lit and lights are on in the hallways. The bathroom is always clean. I feel safe even when no one else is there. Having moved around this year, I discovered many ways to get to The Storage Spot. From Fremont I take 880 S to Lark Ave, to University to Farely. At night, I take Winchester to 85N to 101 to Dumbarton to Fremont (so quick)! From Almaden, it is easy to drive West on Blossom Hill Rd to University Ave to Farley.
